| General Manager/Head Coach - Don MacGillivray Don heads into year number 3 as the Blues bench boss, with a resume which includes having been the Head Coach and General Manager for the U of M Bison's for 3 years prior to joining the Blues, as well as previous MJHL experience as Head Coach with the Portage Terriers. Don brings a wealth of experience and a strong winning attitude to the organization, and is expecting a great season for the Winnipeg Blues. |

| Assistant General Manager/Assistant Coach - Ray Neufeld Ray Neufeld Ray joins Don once again behind the bench, this time as an assistant coach with the Blues. The 2 had worked together coaching the U of M Bisons 2 years ago. The St. Boniface native who grew up in Winkler, brings a ton of experience as not only a coach, but as a former NHL player as well. Drafted 81st overall by the Hartford Whalers in the 1979 Entry Draft, Ray also spent time with the Winnipeg Jets, as well as Boston Bruins during his NHL tenure. Ray has continued to call Winnipeg home, and In October 2009, Neufeld was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame. |

| Assistant Coach - Billy Keane Billy is a familiar face for the Blue organization, having played for the club from 1982-84, where he was named team and playoff MVP, and was head coach from 2004-2006. Billy has also coached the Winnipeg Saints (2001-02). After receiving a hockey scholarship to play NCAA in Anchorage, Alaska from 1984-86, he finished up his playing career at the U of M, and became Assistant coach immediately after, and has now become one of the most respected coaches in Manitoba. |

| Goalie Coach - Sonny Mignacca Sonny Mignacca also reunites with MacGillivray, as he was the goaltender coach for the U of M Bisons men’s hockey team from 2007-2009 while Don was head coach. Drafted 213th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1992 NHL Entry draft, he also spent time in the AHL, ECHL, WPHL, as well as 2 years playing overseas in England. After his playing days were done, the Winnipeg native started the International Goaltender’s School and is excited to be working with this years crop of Blues goaltenders. |

| Video Coach - Barrett Leganchuck Barrett enters his second season as the Blues Video/Assistant Coach, breaking down live game video, pre scouting opponents, as well as using video as a teaching tool to the players. Barrett has been coaching for the past 7 years at various levels, and brings his knowledge and passion for hockey to the Blues organization. |

| Athletic Therapist - Lana DeBeer Lana This is Lana's 10th year with the Blues. She works at the Pan-Am Clinic in the casting Department, and is working to obtain her Othopedic Technologist designation. Lana is a master course conductor in Manitoba for the Hockey Canada safety program. Lana has also worked with the St. Vital Mustangs Football Club for 9 years. |

| Director of Scouting - Doug Goodchild Doug takes over as Head Scout for the Blues this season. Spending the past 17 years involved in the MJHL, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position with the club, having coached at various levels of hockey including minor, AA, AAA, as well as in the MMJHL. |

| Business Manager - Herb Mowat Herb begins year number 3 as Business Manager of the Winnipeg Blues. He brings a wealth of experience which include 5 years as Vice President of the MMJHL’s St.Vital Victorias, and has the distinction of being the longest serving trainer in the Vic’s history (13 years). Before Major Junior, Herb spent time with the AAA Midget Warriors, AAA Midget Sharks, and won a AAA Minor Bantam Championship with the Winnipeg Warriors in 2004/05. Mowat was also selected twice as team trainer for the AAA Midget All Star Games. |
