Blues Fend Off Hungry Wolverines

The Blues showed no sympathy for the visiting Wolverines scoring a pair in the first and really never looked back.  Kamerin Nault scored his first of two on the power play at 11:03 of the first, assists going to Kleysen and Lewis. Shortly after Reid Stefanson found the back of the net on a pass from Esteves.

The second period saw an exchange of power play goals, Wayway at 9:45 followed by the Blues newest member, Tyler Edwards from Nault and Kleysen.

Nault scored his second of the night at the 7:15 mark of the third, assists to Stefanson and Lewis. The game got a bit more physical at that point seeing a the gloves come off in a pair of fights that clearly came out in the Blues favour.

Jacob Gnidziejko had a fine outing stopping all but one of the 34 sent his way including a second period penalty shot.
