Four year veteran forward Geordie Keane has been named The Winnipeg Blues captain for the upcoming season! Geordie is the last remaining player from the Blues Championship team of 2013-14 season and brings excellent work habits and leadership skills. Over the past three years Geordie has established himself as a premier penalty killer who is willing to block shots and do whatever is needed to help the team be succesful. Geordie has been recognized as peak performer for his volunteer work and will provide excellent leadership for the Blues!
Blues rookie camp gets underway September 1st with the main camp getting underway September 3rd.
