Local classrooms, minor hockey teams can apply to receive free tickets to Blues games through community initiatives

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues are excited to announce two community initiatives that will allow local classrooms and minor hockey teams to apply for tickets to Blues’ games during the 2019-2020 regular season.

On Monday, the Blues launched the Classroom of the Game presented by Prairie Eye Care and the Minor Hockey Team of the Game presented by Pembina Source for Sports.

 

CLASSROOM OF THE GAME PRESENTED BY PRAIRIE EYE CARE

Prairie Eye Care has generously donated 200 tickets to the Classroom of the Game initiative this season.

Ten times throughout the 2019-2020 campaign, the Blues will host a local classroom with each successful applicant receiving 20 tickets.

Classrooms can apply to become the Blues Classroom of the Game by simply filling out the fields below and sending an email to info@50below.ca.

  1. School name.
  2. School location.
  3. Contact information (name, phone number, email).
  4. Preferred game request.
  5. Number of students.
  6. Number of teachers.
  7. Why does your class want to attend a Blues game?

Once your email is received, a member of the Blues staff will contact a representative of the classroom to coordinate a game date and other specific details.

 

MINOR HOCKEY TEAM OF THE GAME PRESENTED BY PEMBINA SOURCE FOR SPORTS

Pembina Source for Sports has generously donated 200 tickets to the Minor Hockey Team of the Game initiative.

Ten times throughout the season, the Blues will host a local minor hockey team, each receiving 20 tickets to the game.

Local hockey teams can apply to become the Blues Minor Hockey Team of the Game by simply filling out the fields below and sending an email to info@50below.ca.

  2. Location.
  3. Contact information (name, phone number, email).
  4. Preferred game request.
  5. Number of players.
  6. Number of coaches.
  7. Why is your team the biggest Blues fans?

Once your email is received, a member of the Blues staff will contact a representative of the team to coordinate a game date and other specific details.
