MIKE HELLYER
Strength & Conditioning Coach

 

Mike Hellyer is entering his first season as the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Winnipeg Blues.

Mike holds a Master of Science in Sport Biomechanics and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.

Mike has experience evaluating and training athletes at all levels including the NHL, AHL, WHL as well as through the minor hockey ranks.

Mike played four years in the WHL with the Prince Albert Raiders, five years for the University of Manitoba Bisons men’s hockey team and stints in the East Coast Hockey League and Central Hockey League.
