New Blues Head Coach & General Manager – Josh Gratton

The Winnipeg Blues are thrilled to announce Josh Gratton, as the new Head Coach and General Manager of the team.

Josh comes to the Blues with plenty of hockey knowledge. A former professional hockey player, he boasts an impressive career with 86 NHL games, along with over 500 games played professionally. His achievements, including two Calder Cup championships with the Philadelphia Phantoms and Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, highlight his experience on and off the ice.

“I’m really excited about the opportunity.  The Blues have a long history of player development and I am really looking forward to working with the organization, the fans, sponsors, and especially the players.  It will be great to be back in Canada, and getting to work in our first-class training facility at the Hockey For All Centre.“

Josh has spent the last four seasons as Head Coach of the Potomac Patriots in the United States Premier Hockey League.

Welcome to the Blues family!
