Player Spotlight:  Scott Parsons

Position:  Goal

DOB:  04/16/1995

Weight:  200 lbs

Height:  6’0″

This second year veteran grew up with sister Kate, and son to Darcy and Jim, in Ft. Francis, ON anc came to the Winnipeg Blues from the Kenora AAA Midget team.  Whilst also playing volleyball and soccer, Scott’s main passion has always been hockey, and he plans to continue his career into College.  Scott is now in his 11th season of hockey, and says it’s the love of the game and his competitive side that has kept him so drive; the best reward having been a member of the 2014 MJHL Championship team.  Although his favourite team is the Buffalo Sabres, Scott is a prime minded hocked goaltender; currently sitting at .930 in his season save percentage.
