Post Game Report | Blues blanked by Steelers in final pre-season game

Selkirk, MB – The Winnipeg Blues dropped its final pre-season game of 2019 with a 4-0 loss to the Selkirk Steelers on Sunday.

Cole Wigestrand and Tanner Pochopinski led the way for the Steelers, each collecting two points. Goaltender Levi Mitchell blocked all 23 shots in faced for the shutout.

Blues goaltender Matt Merkel played the entire game and stopped 36-of-40 shots.
