Post Game Report | Blues capture first pre-season victory with 7-3 win over Steelers

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues put seven goals on the board in a 7-3 pre-season victory over the Selkirk Steelers at the RINK Training Centre on Saturday.

Brayden Foreman and Josh Ernst netted two goals each, while Aeden Loschiavo, Nick Finnson and Conner Grunsten registered two assists. Goaltender Cooper Hatfield was busy between the pipes stopping 42-of-45 shots he faced.

The Steelers received goals from Mathieu Cattellier, Blake Burr and Colby Jaquet. Goaltender Austin Deboer blocked 26-of-33 shots.
