Post Game Report | Pistons double up Blues 4-2

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues dropped a 4-2 decision to the Steinbach Pistons at the RINK Training Centre on Tuesday night.

Blues forward Mikol Sartor opened the scoring 6:55 into the game giving the home team an early 1-0 lead. The score would remain that way until the mid-way point of the final frame when five goals would be scored in approximately eight-minutes. The Pistons received goals from Kyle Bettens, Jackson Kobelka and Codey Behun to gain a 3-1 advantage with under five minutes remaining in regulation time. Blues Captain Brayden Foreman and Pistons forward Ty Naaykens added goals before the final buzzer to make the score 4-2.

With the loss, the Blues record falls to 3-9-1-0. The Pistons improved its record to 7-2-1-0.
