Post Game Report | Wolverines double up Blues 6-3

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues dropped a 6-3 decision to the Waywayseecappo Wolverines on Monday afternoon at Seven Oaks Sportsplex in Winnipeg.

The game was part of the MJHL Showcase, where 11 games are taking place between Sunday evening and Tuesday evening.

The Blues trailed 4-0 in the second period before rattling off three unanswered goals to cut the Wolverines lead to just one with under three minutes remaining in the game. The Wolverines would add two late goals with the Blues net empty to collect a 6-3 win.

The Blues received two goals from Mikol Sartor and a single by Rhys Raeside. Braden Fischer collected two assists. Goaltender Cooper Hatfield stopped 27-of-31 shots in the loss.
