Blues Top Capitals – Even The Series

They say your best penalty killer is your goalie, well with giving up 10 shorthanded opportunities including two five on threes Scott Parsons came up huge. Leaving the Zebras out of the discussion the fans witness one heck of a game (Jets fans come on out and see what your missing) that ended with the Blues winning 3 to 2 and evening up the series at a game apiece.

Blues goals came from Reid Stefanson (Forseth and Lewis), Kamerin Nault (Lewis and Stefanson) and Ryan Pruden (Edwards and Hansen). Parsons stopped 24 of the 26 he faced on the night.

Next home game in the series is on March 17th at 7 PM – it’s gonna be a good one!!!!

Go Blues!!!
