2000-born defenceman Kyle Guenter commits to Winnipeg Blues

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues announced on Thursday that 2000-born defenceman Kyle Guenter has committed to the organization.

The Calgary, AB native played 40 regular season games with the Beaver Valley Nighthawks of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) during the 2018-2019 campaign. In those 40 games, Guenter scored four goals and added seven assists for 11 points. The five-foot-nine, 159-pound defender also suited up in three games during the KIJHL playoffs.
