Blues Drop a Weekend Pair

The boys will be looking forward to getting back on home ice following a pair of losses over the weekend.  On Friday night the Blues dropped into Winkler for a tilt with the Flyers and came out on the wrong end of a 3 to 2 score.  Nault scored with help from Lewis and Pruden while Curtis chipped in late in the third with help from McIsaac and Jakish.

Sunday saw the Blues battle the Terriers in Portage.  In a close game the boys came up a bit short in a 3 to 1 loss.  Lewis scored our lone goal with help from Mutch and Keane.

Scott Parsons went 31 of 34 and 30 of 33 respectively over the two games.

Steinbach is next up on Tuesday at the Ice-Plex.  Go Blues!!!!
