The Winnipeg Blues, in partnership with Pembina Source for Sports are excited to welcome back the Minor Hockey Team of the Game presented by Pembina Source for Sports.
Throughout the 2022-23 season, the Blues will host a number of local minor hockey teams at Winnipeg Blues home games.
Local hockey teams can apply to become the Blues Minor Hockey Team of the Game by simply filling out the fields below and sending an email to info@50below.ca.

- Contact information (name, phone number, email).
- Preferred game request.
- Number of players.
- Number of coaches.
- Why is your team the biggest Blues fans?
Once your email is received, a member of the Blues staff will contact a representative of the team to coordinate a game date and other specific details.
