Pre Game Report | Blues look for back-to-back wins in rematch against the Blizzard

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues (2-6-0-0) continue its northern road trip against the OCN Blizzard (1-4-0-0) on Saturday night.

Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. CT.

The Blues are looking for back-to-back victories following a 3-1 win over the OCN Blizzard on Friday night. In that game, goaltender Cooper Hatfield made 36 saves while Josiah Vanderhooft, Rhys Raeside and Matt Hill added the goals. Captain Brayden Foreman recorded two assists.

Heading into tonight’s game, the Blues are being led by Rhys Raeside and Mikol Sartor, each have nine points so far this season. Braden Fischer is third on the team in scoring with eight points.

Goaltender Cooper Hatfield has played the most games between the pipes, posting a 3.37 goals against average and a .907 save percentage in six games.
