Pre Game Report | Winnipeg Blues visit Selkirk Steelers in MJHL pre-season action on Thursday

Winnipeg, MB – The Winnipeg Blues play its third game of the 2019 MJHL pre-season against the Selkirk Steelers at Selkirk Recreational Complex on Thursday night.

Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 P.M. CT.

The Blues are coming off of a last second loss to the Steinbach Pistons on Tuesday evening. Dylan Cassie scored with three seconds remaining in regulation time to give the Pistons the 3-2 victory. Mikol Sartor and Brayden Foreman recorded two points for the Blues in the game.

The Blues are 0-2 in pre-season action so far.

The Blues follow Thursday’s game with a home date against the Steelers on Saturday, September 14. Puck drop will take place at 2:00 P.M. CT at the RINK Training Centre. Tickets are available and can be purchased at the RINK.

The Blues home opener is scheduled for Sunday, September 22 against the Portage Terriers at 5:30 P.M. CT at the RINK Training Centre.
